Dr. Psota utilizes a modern, muscle-first approach that combines traditional chiropractic adjustments with advanced soft-tissue therapies. Every session is customized and can include:
Myofascial Release Therapy: Targeted manual pressure to break up muscle tension and knots.
The Graston Technique (IASTM): Utilizing medical-grade stainless steel instruments to scan and eliminate painful scar tissue and chronic tendonitis.
Provider-Assisted Stretching: Form-driven stretching angles that safely bypass the muscle guarding response to dramatically boost joint mobility.

Psota Chiropractic operates as a completely independent private practice, but we are proudly located inside the Level Hormones and Health facility. It is a fantastic wellness ecosystem! While we share a beautiful clinical space and our joint/muscle treatments perfectly complement their functional medicine programs, all of our scheduling, billing, and clinical care are managed completely autonomously by Psota Chiropractic.

We charge a flat rat of just $45 per session.
-
Your $45 fee covers a comprehensive treatment block. Unlike standard clinics that charge extra for every individual modality, our flat rate includes BOTH your targeted soft-tissue treatment (Myofascial Release or Graston) AND your personalized chiropractic adjustment.
-
Yes, it is 100% free. To legally and compliantly offer our heavily discounted $45 flat rate without insurance restrictions, we utilize a fully compliant health discount network called Patient Options. We handle the entire registration for you at the front desk during your first visit. It takes 30 seconds, has no membership fees, and immediately unlocks your $45 pricing.
-
Item Yes. Because chiropractic care and therapeutic soft-tissue treatments are qualified medical expenses, you can use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) debit cards to pay for your sessions.
-
We operate strictly on a self-pay model and do not bill insurance companies directly. However, upon request, we are happy to provide you with an itemized medical receipt (Superbill). You can submit this Superbill directly to your insurance provider to seek independent out-of-network reimbursement or to apply the cost toward your health deductible.
-
Psota Chiropractic is a self-pay facility utilizing the Patient Options network to provide affordable, transparent, flat-rate pricing to our community. Please be advised that under federal guidelines, we cannot legally "opt out" of the Medicare system; however, Medicare provides strictly limited coverage for chiropractic services.
-
Medicare provides strictly limited coverage for chiropractic services. It only pays for manual manipulation of the spine to treat acute, active subluxations (injuries). Medicare categorically does not cover the following services:
Soft-tissue therapies (including Myofascial Release Therapy and the Graston Technique)
Provider-assisted stretching or physical rehab protocols
Initial or subsequent clinical examinations and X-rays
Because our standard $45 session is a 15-minute comprehensive treatment that bundles these non-covered soft-tissue and stretching modalities alongside an adjustment, these sessions cannot be fully billed to or reimbursed by traditional Medicare.
-
Yes. For standard wellness, preventative care, or performance maintenance, services are completely excluded from Medicare coverage. Prior to your care, we will provide you with an official Advance Beneficiary Notice (ABN) form. Signing this form simply acknowledges that Medicare will not cover the visit, allowing you to pay our standard $45 cash fee directly and receive your treatment.
